What We Do
Psychotherapy Services Provided
We are trained to treat children as young as five through senior adults. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy. Each provider specializes in different areas and psychotherapy styles (e.g., Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to meet the diverse needs of our community. As Doctors of Psychology, providing psychotherapy is our expertise.
Assessment Services Provided
We offer testing when a psychological evaluation is needed to aid in diagnostic clarity or to answer a specific referral question. We offer testing for various reasons such as:
Court ordered evaluation.
ADHD evaluation and diagnosis.
Employer requested pre-screening.
Disability or accommodations at school or work.
Medical procedures such as bariatric, spine or other surgery.
Assessment needs that meet the criteria of being medically necessary are covered by medical insurance. Assessment requested for personal reasons usually is not. Please call and inquire if we can meet your assessment needs and to find out what is covered by insurance.
Education Services Provided
Allied Psychological Services is dedicated to training the next generation of psychologists to serve our community. We offer a tailored postdoctoral residency experience serving patients in a private practice setting. At the post doctoral level, we are most interested in you becoming independent and ethical psychologists.
We can also be hired to present various topics to the community such as trauma education and training. Please inquire with our office manager.
